Car Pooling Sign-Up for Show Choir Competition

Help coordinate transportation with other spectators for the upcoming show choir competition. Use this form to share your availability and preferences for car pooling.

Each competition has its own tab in the spreadsheet. Please fill out the following details:

1. 1. 1. Name – Provide your name or your family’s name.
      2. Number of Passengers – Specify the total number of passengers, including yourself.
      3. Contact Information – Include your email address and/or phone number.
      4. Type of Trip – Indicate your trip plans:
         • Day Trip – Driving to and from the competition on the same day.
         • Overnight Stay – Check the nights you plan to stay:
           • Friday night (before the competition)
           • Saturday night (the day of the competition)
           • Both Friday and Saturday nights
      5. Willing to Drive? – Indicate whether you are willing to drive and how many passengers you can accommodate.

Everyone who signs up for the carpool will receive an invite to a GroupMe group. This group will be used to communicate meeting times at the high school and share any other important information.

Important Notes:

• This form is intended to connect spectators with each other to coordinate car pooling.
• Booster members will not be responsible for arranging or assigning car pools.
